Nickname: Mem, I get called that more than I get called Emma!

Job title, Shop: Counter Assistant and Duty Manager, Sleaford restaurant.

Q: Why did you choose to work for The Elite Fish & Chip Company?

I moved to the area and needed a job!

Q: What is your favourite part of the job?

Seeing my regular customers. It’s so nice when they remember me!

Q: What is your favourite item on the Elite menu?

Smoked haddock and mozzarella fishcakes.

Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be?

 Invisibility because I’m nosey!

Q: What did you want to be as a child?

A mortician – I wanted to make dead people look pretty…

Q: What’s your biggest fear?

Bridges

Q: If you could switch jobs with anyone for a day, what would you choose to do?

I’d swap with Theresa May so I could sort the country out!

Q: What is your favourite way to relax outside of work?

Having a couple of glasses of wine and sitting watching the telly.

Q: What is at the top of your bucket list?

I want to see the Northern Lights!  

Q: If you could change anything about the business what would it be?

There isn’t anything that comes to mind.

Q: If you could have dinner with one person from the past who would it be and why?

My grandparents because I miss them terribly.

Q: If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be and why?

My mum’s roast beef because it’s my favourite food.
