Q: Why did you choose to work for The Elite Fish & Chip Company?

I originally applied for the role of restaurant and takeaway staff in 2015, where I was interviewed by Rachel. I didn’t get the job but a week later I received a call from Rachel who had a proposition for me to be a fryer. Before I knew it the proposition turned into a full time job!

Q: What is your favourite part of the job?

Interacting with customers and getting to know regulars on a personal level. It’s also nice having a great team to work with! 

Q: What is your favourite item on the Elite menu?

Salt and pepper squid

Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Teleport, so I could be in lots of places at once

Q: What did you want to be as a child?

A Police officer

Q: What’s your biggest fear?

Heights and spiders

Q: If you could switch jobs with anyone for a day, what would you choose to do?

Even though I’m scared of heights I would switch with British Astronaut, Tim Peake

Q: What is your favourite way to relax outside of work?

I enjoy sitting down and watching a good tv series

Q: What is at the top of your bucket list?

To travel more. I really want to be able to go NYC next year – it’s one place I’ve always wanted to go

Q: If you could change anything about the business, what would it be?

Nothing, its perfect!

Q: If you went on Britain’s Got Talent what would be your talent?

A comedian
