The third-generation family business has restaurant and takeaway outlets in Sleaford, Lincoln and Ruskington and all three now hold the prestigious National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF) Fish and Chip Quality Award.
Rachel Tweedale, manager of The Elite Fish and Chip Company’s Sleaford restaurant and takeaway, said: “The Quality Award is a great achievement in the fish and chip industry and we are thrilled to secure it.
“We work very hard to provide our customers with the best quality fish and chips. Every detail of our food preparation was scrutinised, from the sustainable fish we source to the fresh potatoes that we use for our chips.”
