As most of you know, we’re very family-oriented here at the Elite; we’re now a third-generation family business and we’re delighted to announce that we have been nominated for a National Family Business Award!

We’ll be heading to the 2019 National Family Business Awards at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 13^th July to celebrate the very best in family-owned businesses around the UK and Ireland – and hopefully we’ll scoop the award for the food category!

This year marks the 10^th National Family Business Awards and we are looking forward to celebrating in style. It is a great opportunity to network with other like-minded family businesses around the country who are also passionate about making sure their businesses are successful, and of course enjoy an exclusive champagne reception followed by a three-course meal!

We’re so honoured to be shortlisted and are excited by the prospect that we could be crowned national champions! These occasions are a great opportunity to celebrate and reflect on how far the business has come over the last 30 years.

This news follows a successful start to the year for the Elite; last month we exceeded our £30,000 fundraising target for our 30^th anniversary celebrations which was shared between the RNLI, Sleaford Dementia Support Group and the RAF Association. We also picked up two awards earlier in the year at the East Midlands Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards, as well as announcing an exciting new business venture in Lincoln’s historic Bailgate area.
