Some of our team members at our Lincoln restaurant and takeaway are feeling particularly chipper after recently completing some extra vocational training.
Here at the Elite, we’re committed to the professional development of all of our staff members and it’s thanks to their polite, helpful nature that we’re known as a friendly, approachable restaurant chain, suitable for all the family.
Most recently, our Assistant Manager in Lincoln, Amy Grace and friers Mark Wilkinson and Adam Ward have all been awarded a nationally recognised BTEC Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Services.
Meanwhile, Martin Ward has completed his apprenticeship in Food Production and Cooking as well as an NVQ in Kitchen Services and, one of our longest serving employees, Tracey Donoghue has achieved an NVQ Diploma in Hospitality, Supervision and Leadership.
Tracey has worked at the Elite for over 20 years and we’re delighted to see her and the rest of our staff members rewarded for all of their continued hard work and dedication to the business.
The team have spent the last 12 months working towards these qualifications, which provide transferable skills across the restaurant and hospitality sector.
We’d like to take this opportunity to say congratulations and thank you to Amy, Mark, Adam, Martin and Tracey.
