Elite by name and elite by nature, we pride ourselves on serving fish that is sourced from sustainable fishing grounds.

All the cod and haddock we source come from North East Atlantic sustainable fishing grounds and are frozen at sea within six hours of being caught. The fish are caught responsibly in fishing grounds that are well-managed so you get the very best nutritious and healthy fish.

It's important to us that you know what you're eating and where it has come from.

We work hard to trace every piece of fish we serve, down to the vessel that it was caught in. Watch this short animated video about the traceability of Atlantika fish.
