All the cod and haddock we source come from North East Atlantic sustainable fishing grounds and are frozen at sea within six hours of being caught. The fish are caught responsibly in fishing grounds that are well-managed so you get the very best nutritious and healthy fish.

It's important to us that you know what you're eating and where it has come from.
