An update from everyone at The Elite Fish & Chip Company in line with the latest situation around coronavirus. 

It’s been a long time coming but we can finally share the news that our brand new high-quality seafood restaurant and takeaway in Lincoln’s historic Bailgate is now open!

The shortlist for the 16^th Lincolnshire Live Business Awards has been announced and we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Heart of the Community Award and Medium Lincolnshire Business of the Year. 

All our restaurants and takeaways are now helping to tackle climate change head on by becoming ‘zero waste to landfill’.

We’re pleased to present our brand new gluten-free menu at our Sleaford restaurant and takeaway!

As most of you will already know by now, in 2018 we celebrated 30 years in business in Lincolnshire - and as part of our anniversary celebrations we announced plans to raise an ambitious £30,000 for three amazing charities.

2019 is turning out to be quite the year for us – March has been an exciting month for us and an award-winning one too! Last Thursday we headed over to Nottingham for the East Midlands Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards 2019 after being shortlisted in two categories.

As most of you will know, 2018 was a momentous year for everybody at The Elite Fish & Chip Company as we celebrated our 30^th anniversary – and what a year it was! As part of the celebrations we embarked on a year-long fundraising campaign to raise £30,000 across three charities, signifying each year in business in Lincolnshire.

Christmas will be here before we know it and finding the right venue to celebrate can be stressful. If you’re looking for the perfect ‘plaice’ then look no further: The Elite Fish & Chip Company is already taking Christmas party bookings.

Following on from our spectacular 30^th anniversary celebrations last month, the good news just keeps on coming… We’re thrilled to announce that our Sleaford restaurant has just been named as one of the Top 20 in the UK (and the only one in Lincolnshire) for fish and chips! 

Our 30^th anniversary year is proving to be a lucky one – especially now that we’ve added two more awards to our trophy cabinet!

You could say it’s a case of wax on, wax off at our Sleaford restaurant, as one of our very loyal customers has agreed to grit his teeth in order to raise some money for our chosen three charities

We’re excited to announce that our specially brewed beer which has been created as part of our 30^th anniversary celebrations is now on sale at all of our restaurants!

Recently, at our Sleaford restaurant, we were treated to a visit from some special guests… all the way from Norway!

This Sunday (24^th April), tens of thousands of people will be taking part in the 35^th annual London Marathon. In amongst those crowds will be David Moulds… dressed as a giant poppy! 

Caring about where fish is sourced from has meant The Elite Fish and Chip Company has landed an important sustainability mark.

The Elite Fish and Chip Company’s restaurant and takeaway in Sleaford has been recognised by industry experts for serving the highest quality fish and chips.

Ninety-one-year-old war veteran Arthur Harrison has for the first time visited the Norway grave of his brother, who was killed in action 75 years ago.
